"I found this rusty treasure in Lincoln, Nebraska. Added to the steel wheel are vintage bed springs with little glass candle holders equipped with flameless battery operated tea lights!! Surrounding the wheel is grape vine.All hardware such as chain and connectors are brand new. I removed the zinc for a rusty look. This rustic beauty can be hung both inside and out!"
